HOW TO ORDER / A minimum of 2 days notice is required for orders, however due to limited availability & increasing popularity, it is strongly recommended to reserve for special occasions as early as possible to avoid disappointment (up to 2 years in advance)
Graze Platters & Gift Platters can be ordered online & paid in full on checkout by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUESTS / Elle Slater is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Chef, and takes all food allergies, intolerances and dietary requests very seriously. Due to personal food allergies, our kitchen is peanut-free and nut-free, and we are able to provide suitable alternatives for dietary requests, including but not limited to: vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free, milk-free. Additional fees may apply, please include any request details when booking.
Please note that due to the nature of graze catering and the fact that we use a wide range of ingredients in our home-based kitchen studio, we are unable to guarantee traces of allergens in our food, and therefore cannot recommend our services to any customers with serious or anaphylactic food allergies.

WEDDING & EVENT BOOKINGS / We are currently booking for the 2023 & 2024 event seasons. Due to limited availability and increasing enquiries, we highly recommend reserving your special date well in advance to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable 15% deposit on initial quote is required to secure our services for the date of your event. Final payment, guest numbers and menu decisions are due 30 days prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS / Elle Slater is a home-based business located in OL8 post code, Greater Manchester, England. Collection is available most anytime, by prearranged appointment only. Please indicate preferred collection time when ordering.
Orders are made fresh and are very delicate to handle. Hand delivery by our own driver is available for any order over £50, for a delivery fee of £1.50 per mile from where we are based in OL8 post code. We hand deliver within Greater Manchester and surrounding areas, up to maximum of 100 miles.
Delivery hours are typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm daily, and we try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time. Please indicate preferred delivery time when ordering, and we will confirm a 2-hour delivery window the day prior. It is the customer's responsibility to be available to received the delivery, or make arrangements for someone to do so on their behalf.
Delivery will be attempted to the indicated address, but if no answer, will be left in a safe place or with the nearest neighbour. Elle Slater is not responsible for the order if not able to deliver directly to the customer.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS / Customers can change, reschedule or cancel orders up until 10 days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date, for a full refund or credit note, less the initial event booking deposit. Please be considerate & update of any changes to your plans as soon as possible
